Can you find the answer before Harry does?
What patterns can you see that could help you work it out?
Remember coordinates have 2 numbers; the first number is the 'x' axis which means the number at the bottom and the second number is the 'y' axis which means the number along the side.
(0,2) (1,3) (2,4) (3,5) (4,6) (5,7) (6,8) (7,9) (8,10) (9,11)

The tenth coordinate will be (9,11)
ReplyDeleteI have noticed that when you go up the first line it's going in number order. In the second one if you took the odd numbers you get the even numbers in the two times table .
ReplyDelete1,3 2,5 3,10 4,15 5,30, 6,35 7,40 8,45 9,50 10,55. That was quicker then Harry isn't it.
ReplyDeleteIt will be 5,7 6,8 7,9 8,10
ReplyDelete(0,2) (1,3) (2,4) (3,5) (4,6) (5,7) (6,8) (7,9) (8,10) (9,11) (10,12) (11,13) (12,14)

(0,2) is a y axis because it's number that is small so what I mean is if the y axis is at the top that mean's that the x axis should send big numbers and then the y axis should send small numbers so for example:(0,2),(1,3),(2,4),(3,5),(4,6),or we can swap them around the y axis sends the big number and the x axis sends the small number.
