I think the story is about a old lady that tried to touch a star and grab it.So maybe she can use it to use it for her necklace.Or also maybe she wants to use it for her compound. Because that in Nigeria they use a generator to power up everything but if the light go off the generator will stop.So she can grab it and use the star for her house.Also a folktales are people stories
I think the folk tale about that she try to make a wish because she putting out her hand to tell us she wish why the sky so far away.Or she wish that she can just take them to make a necklace and show it to everyone.
I predict that this book is about this Nigerian lady that wants to grab a star but in the end she realises that she must keep them in the sky for all to see and she starts to tell a story about why the sky is far away
The story could be about not grabbing pieces of our world and not destroying our planet. We cut down trees to make paper, trees grow by them selves. They can not grow back unless we help them. Stars are always in the sky, they look beautiful and light up the sky at night. The book is about why we should stop people taking them.

I predict that every night the lady that we can see on the front cover steals a sparkling star and does not share with the villagers and the king does not like it when she steals a star.maybe the king will say to himself ''whenever this young lady wants to steal a precious star I will push the sky up so she will never get a star again'' so she never got a star again. I think the story is about a woman hou lives in a village and every night she go out in the dark and look up in the sky and every night she will make a wish and hope it will come tru and every one is a sleep and she's going in her house to get a good night sleep to wake up erly in the morning to do some thing for the big day soon beacause evert one is so happy to go. I wake up in the morning feeling like this is a lovey day some people were taking part every things perfect.

I predict that the villagers had to take a bite of the sky and one day the king that was called Obba and he was very unhappy and he pushed the sky up and from know on the villagers never got a piece of a sky again. this is what we predict.
The villagers always keep taking parts of the sky and one day they decide to have a ceremony but the sky was not very happy. The sky did not want to be eaten and wasted so he said to the villagers so he said to the villagers "if you keep eating me and wasting then you will have black clouds". "The adults said to they're children do not eat from the sky unless you are truly hungry.
I think that the story is about a Nigerian girl that was stilling from the sky and never shared with the villagers and never made them see the food she had got.
I think this folk tale is about people keep on eating the sky and the sky got angry each time.
